Lunch: Pakoras, samosas, BBQ Burger, French fries, Govinda's Cole Slaw, Herbed Tofu Lasagna, Garden Burger and Eggplant Parmigiana.
Dinner: Lasagna, Eggplant Parmigiana with spinach, Dinner Burger Plate, Big Baked Potato, Soba Noodle Salad, Garden Salad, Tempe Salad and more. The Eggplant Parmigiana is recommended and it will definitely satisfy you.
Sunday Brunch Buffet: Home-fried potatoes, several types of pancakes, scrambled tofu, potato pancakes, soup, mock "sausage," vegetable dishes and more.
Comments: The all-you-can-eat hot buffet and salad bar tastes good and is reasonably priced and is a very good value. The place is a pleasant surprise. One of the better pure vegetarian restaurants in the country. The food is good and the atmosphere is first-class. It has a beautiful garden. The lunches are a real bargain and the dinner meals are a bit higher priced. Don't miss this place if you are in the Gainesville Area. Sometimes has live music during dinner (on Fridays). The Sunday brunch is highly recommended. This place has a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.
Special Events: Has special dinners on Valentine's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Menu such as Vegettabel En Croutes, Herbed Tempe Samosa, Lasagna, Sapanakopita, Tofu Marsala and Strawberry Shortcake.
History of Building: It is located in the large, former old home of Williams-LeRoy, one the first families of Alachua and has been beautifully restored to look just like it is new. Furman E William, the builder of this house, and his brothers are credited with establishing the town of Alachua.

Directions: This place is on the main street of town, a block from the downtown. It is minutes off I-75. From I-75, take Alachua/High Springs exit (Hwy 441 south) #78, and go towards Alachua (turn right if coming from Gainesville) for 1 mile, turn right on Main Street (a block before the traffic light) and this restaurant is about four blocks down on the left in a large white house.

Comments: There is a vegetarian feast on Sunday at 5:30 pm. Besides the feast there is kirtana (public chanting of Hare Krishna) and a Bhagavad Gita class.
Directions: From I-75, take Alachua/High Springs exit (Hwy 441 south) #78, and go towards Alachua (turn right if coming from Gainesville) for 1 mile to the light. Then turn left onto Rte 235. This place is 2½ miles down on the left. There is a sign outside that says Hare Krishna Farm.
