Menu: Has several main dishes and several side vegetarian dishes.
Vegetarian dishes are prepared separately in the kitchen from the non-vegetarian
dishes. Ma Po Tofu (fried crispy tofu with broccoli) (really good),
Vegetable Chow Fun, Coconut Curry Vegetables, brown rice, Temple Long
Beans, Garlic Snap Peas, Poached Baby Bok Choy, Stir-Fried Spicy Eggplant,
Lettuce Wraps, Singapore Noodles, Vegetable Chow Fun, rice noodles and
brown rice. Jasmine Tea. Has various sauces such as Chinese chili sauce,
pot sticker sauce and Chinese mustard (can be mixed together).
Comments: They prepare the vegetarian dishes in a separate area
of the kitchen than the rest of the menu. Cleans wok (frying pan for
cooking) at high temperatures, but do not use separate woks just for
vegetarian dishes. For vegetarian dishes they use a vegetarian oyster
sauce (mushroom base) that contains no animal products. Usually very
busy during lunchtime. Intimate atmosphere. Interesting décor
with excellent taste. Rosewood floors and chairs. Has a few stone pillars
topped with replicas of Xian warriors from China. Attentive service.
Warning: Make sure that you ask them to use the vegan oyster
sauce.

Directions: Located up in the foothills and is a popular place on Friday
and Saturday nights. Parking is always hard to find, and if you don't
have a reservation, be prepared to wait.
