Mushroom and Cabbage Dumplings with a Miso Soy Broth. Pumpkin Glazed
Gnocchi, Apple Cider Sorbet for dessert.
Comments: With at least three entréechoices
on this special menu there is something for everyone. This menu changes
weekly with fresh seasonal dishes to tempt your palate. And always striving
to please his guests, Chef Terry Owens, formerly of the Fountain Restaurant
in the Four Seasons Hotel and Rouge, will prepare special orders for
his Vegan diners. I get many requests for Vegan dishes and I¹m
happy to comply,² Owens states. He suggests calling ahead with
special requests to allow plenty of time to prepare something delicious
and appropriate. Owners Rich Podulka. and Jayson Taylor thought it was
important to cater to an audience that is often ignored in restaurants
that are not strictly Vegetarian or Vegan. At Next, no one feels left
out and everyone has plenty of menu choices.
